Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Transpharma Publications ("Company") governing your access to and use of the mobile application Noble Savanna Spins ("Application").

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Application and uninstall it from your device.

This app is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by Google Play and local law. If you are accessing the Application on behalf of a minor for whom you are a legal guardian, you accept these Terms on that minor's behalf and assume responsibility for their compliance.

This Agreement is effective as of 2026-10-13 and supersedes all prior agreements between you and the Company relating to the Application.

Product Use Context

These Terms apply to Noble Savanna Spins in the context of its app presentation. The theme and interface are part of the app experience and do not create external ownership or transferable rights unless a separate official notice says so.

Use the app only for ordinary personal access and do not interfere with security, availability, advertising, measurement, or support systems.

Who May Access the App

To access certain features of Noble Savanna Spins, you may create an account or connect via a third-party platform. Here are the rules.

Usage License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Transpharma Publications grants you a personal license to use Noble Savanna Spins.

Your License: A revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Noble Savanna Spins for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

License Restrictions: You may not sublicense, sell, resell, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit Noble Savanna Spins or its contents for commercial purposes.

Transpharma Publications owns all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in Noble Savanna Spins and its content, globally.

What You May NOT Do

Our Liability Limits

Transpharma Publications will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost profits, or service unavailability — whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theory.

Maximum Liability: Transpharma Publications's total liability to you for any cause of action is limited to the greater of your payments to us in the prior 12 months or USD $100.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.

Consumer Protection Laws: Mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction are not affected by these limitations.

Protecting Transpharma Publications

This section explains your obligation to protect Transpharma Publications from legal claims caused by your use of Noble Savanna Spins.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Transpharma Publications and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your Noble Savanna Spins use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.

How We Handle Disputes

If you have a legal dispute with Transpharma Publications, please follow these steps before filing a claim.

Informal Resolution: Please contact our support team before escalating a dispute. Provide a description of your concern and desired outcome. We commit to a good-faith response within 30 days.

Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court, where permitted by law. Arbitration is faster, less expensive, and more private than litigation.

Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or mass action lawsuit or arbitration against Transpharma Publications.

This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. Small claims court actions are also permitted where eligible.

If you prefer not to be bound by the arbitration agreement, you may opt out by emailing our support team within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Ending These Terms

Termination can happen voluntarily or for cause. Here's what each situation means.

You Can Leave Anytime
You may stop using Noble Savanna Spins at any time. To delete your account and request data deletion, contact our support team. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or data.

We May Terminate Your Access
Transpharma Publications may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for: serious or repeated Terms violations, fraudulent activity, harmful conduct affecting other players, or as required by law.

Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your license ends immediately, virtual assets in your account are forfeited (if terminated for cause), and survival provisions continue in force.

What Law Governs

Understanding which laws apply helps you know your rights. Here's our governing law provision.

The laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Transpharma Publications is registered govern these Terms, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.

For disputes not subject to arbitration, courts in Transpharma Publications's jurisdiction have exclusive authority. You agree to their jurisdiction.

Consumer Law Exception: Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply to the extent they cannot be overridden by this Agreement.

Updating Our Terms

We review our Terms periodically and update them when needed. Here's our update process.

We distinguish between material and minor changes. For material updates (new data practices, new fees, IP rights changes), we provide at least 14 days of advance notice via in-app notification.

Changes take effect on the date specified. Continuing to use Noble Savanna Spins after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

You always have the option to discontinue use if you disagree with revised Terms. Your continued use is acceptance; departure is always an option.
